    2025-present
    • Built development feasibility modelling capability using novel data and machine-learning techniques for clients including NSW Treasury, Queensland Productivity Commission, Infrastructure Victoria, NSW Cabinet Office and NSW Department of Planning.
    • Developed datasets and tools using retrieval augmented generation, local and cloud-based AI models, embedding models and text extraction at scale.
    • Drove team adoption of AI and agentic workflows, including agentic paper review and automation of substantial parts of the proposal process.

    • Co-authored Wasted Space: Axe Car-Parking Rules to Ease the Housing Crisis.
    • Developed a machine-learning approach to produce Australian-first evidence on on-street parking supply and utilisation from aerial imagery.
    • Supported report release through live radio and newspaper interviews.
